Our client rang us for an initial chat. We explained our process and the services we offer together with some dates we could come and see her.
Once a date was confirmed we asked asked for a specific brief, photographs and questions regarding the areas that they required help with.

"The main area we would like your support on is our kitchen/diner as we are unsure how to make the room work to its full potential. We want to ensure we future proof the space - we are a married couple without children currently but want to ensure the space works for us long term but also is in keeping with the property style currently. A key question we would appreciate your support on us whether to have a dining area in the kitchen and make the dining room a “snug/family room” or whether we keep it as current. We don’t want the room to feel cramped so your advice on what would best work for the space and a view of some potential options for us explore would be appreciated - we could do with a fresh pair of eyes!!"
