"Bringing a Fresh Look to White Kitchen Interiors with
Fusion Interior Design!"
Our clients contacted us to arrange a meeting to discuss an issue they had with their hall flooring and the possibility of installing a new kitchen but they had no idea on how to go about repairing or replacing the floor or how much a new kitchen would be as it had be over 20 years since their previous one had been fitted.
We met and discussed what they wanted in terms of style, budget and their lifestyle as they had large family of older children and now grand children.
We spoke about what he wanted to achieve and what hey hoped the areas would feel like and 'work' after the project was completed.
Together we complied a wish list. At this stage we don't take budget into consideration because you may dismiss a potential requirement due to budget but we can actually resolve it or come up with another design solution. We worked through to find out what was possible, what wasn't actually needed and what didn't work due to need or budget.
Having worked on a couple of different layout options we presented a final design which they liked and accepted and we got to work.
After completing the hall, kitchen & utility we were asked back to redecorate the rest of the stairs and landing and convert family room which came off of the kitchen. This room also had another staircase which went up to the games room. With some planning we created a new doorway and new wall with mirrored, lit shelves. We installed a new fire, luxury vinyl flooring and new led lighted then decorated.
A refresh of all bedrooms was next, new flooring, decoration works and styling.
Our last project here was the lounge. this was looking a little tired and dated. New sofas, soft furnishings furniture was specified. We installed a new fire, luxury vinyl to match the hallway and then decoration works.

“We originally contacted Fusion in 2013 and we are still working with them in 2018. Our first project was for Fusion to come and look at our Hall, kitchen and utility room. Jan’s design knowledge and skill at putting together schemes and coming up with practical design solutions we’re just what we wanted so we decided to commission her to design and carry out the works.
Jason and the tradesmen were very professional and efficient and all the work has been carried out to a very high standard. We continued using Jan to design our study with bespoke furniture and office equipment, then moving on to redecorate 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and more recently our dining room and currently our lounge.
Jan and Jason work very well together organising supplier deliveries and seeing them in when I can’t be there. We have also had access to the many trades they use and because of Jan’s knowledge and contacts we’ve been shown products and suppliers that we wouldn’t have been able to get on the High Street.
We’re delighted with the new look of our home and have had many compliments. The refurbishment has been a lot less stressful because we used Fusion Interior Design and I would be very happy to recommend their services.”
