How the Concept Designs 2D Plans & 3D Visuals Service Works
Step 1 – Discovery Chat (45 mins)

We start with a friendly, no-obligation chat to understand your goals and answer any initial questions.

Together we agree whether 2D drawings, 3D visuals, or a combination of both will best support your goals.

We'll talk about how you live in your home and what you want to achieve, your goals, lifestyle, and personal style.
Step 2 – Design Consultation (1 Hour – £150)

We begin with a dedicated in-home consultation during which we’ll explore your vision, discuss your priorities, and highlight opportunities within your space.

Following our meeting, you’ll receive a tailored Scope of Works along with a transparent proposal of our design fees, giving you complete clarity before moving forward.
Step 3 – Site Visit & Measurements

Once you move forward, we'll visit your home to take detailed measurements and photographs of the space.

We'll produce 2D & 3D concept drawings and visuals so you can see what the space will look like and the positions of the fixtures and fittings.
Step 4 – Presentation & Refinement

We'll walk you through your drawings and visuals in a review session.

Here we refine details, test variations, and answer questions so you feel fully confident moving forward
