Our 12-hour package is designed for homeowners tackling larger or more complex projects who want a designer on hand throughout key stages.
This flexible, tailored service includes 12 hours of expert design advice, which can be split into three or four sessions, depending on what works best for you.
With twelve hours of tailored design support, we’ll help you confidently navigate key decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create a space that truly reflects your style while maximising functionality.
This service gives you access to expert interior design guidance exactly when you need it—without committing to a full design package.

How the Designer by Your Side – 12 Hours Service Works
Step 1 – Discovery Chat (45 mins)

We start with a short call to prioritise your design needs.

Together we agree how to make the most of your 12 hours — whether spread across several design milestones or condensed into fewer, longer sessions.

We’ll ask you to send us any floor plans, photos and a brief of what you're looking to achieve.

If you can’t send any of this info, don’t worry we’ll get stuck in on the day of your consultation.
Step 2 – First Session (3-5 hours)

A deep-dive in your home, focusing on layouts, furniture placement, and the overall design direction.

We’ll review your priorities and create a clear foundation for the project.

Selecting finishes, colours, and fabrics

Step 3 – Design Support (7-9 hours)
