How the Full Service Design Works
Step 1 – Discovery Chat (60 mins)

We start with a friendly, no-obligation chat to understand your goals and answer any initial questions.

This gives you the chance to explore whether our Full Service Design is the right fit for your project before committing.

We'll talk about how you live in your home and what you want to achieve, your goals, lifestyle, and personal style.

We’ll ask you to send us any floor plans, photos and a brief of what you're looking to achieve.

If you can’t send any of this info, don’t worry we’ll get stuck in on the day of your consultation.
Step 2 – Design Consultation (1 Hour – £150)

We begin with a dedicated in-home consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and design challenges.

During this in-home consultation, we’ll explore your vision, discuss your priorities, and highlight opportunities within your space.

Following our meeting, you’ll receive a tailored Scope of Works along with a transparent proposal of our design fees, giving you complete clarity before moving forward.
Step 3 – Design Direction & Planning

Once you move forward, we develop a tailored design direction for your home.

This includes layouts, spatial planning, and clear recommendations for finishes, furniture, lighting, and fittings.

We prepare 2D & 3D visuals, product specifications, and schedules.

At every stage, we balance creativity with practicality so your home looks stunning and functions seamlessly.

Sourcing is handled by us — from furniture and fabrics to fixtures and accessories — always aligned to your budget and brief.
Step 4 – Project Coordination

We liaise with contractors, trades, and suppliers on your behalf.

This includes managing timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring the design vision is implemented with precision.

Once works are complete, we coordinate deliveries, arrange furniture, and style your home with the finishing touches.
