Graham & Green’s summer catalogue
Today in the post I received a copy of Graham and Green’s summer catalogue.
Inside the front cover they proudly announce that they are celebrating Forty Five years in business and it took me back some thirty four years ago when I first visited the Elgin Crescent store.
I loved all the different styles of accessories and furniture then and still do now.
As I leafed through the pages I started to think of how easy it is to add unique pieces of furniture to our homes to give them an individual look.
One of the best pieces to buy to create an instant style is an occasional chair.
Why not add a bit of bright colour and vibrant pattern as seen on the Mexicana Frida print chair, to a dark corner.
Or a romantic Ariel Chair inspired by a sculptural clam shell, in a bedroom.
If you have room for more than one chair, why not create a group of different coloured Velvets, like the Alex in Raspberry, the Eztli in Teal or the Brando in Grey gather them around statement coffee table such as the beautiful bone and brass inlayed Eliz table perfect for coffee or cocktails.
If you want a non-matching pair of chairs and like me you love woven textiles and are a big fan of Ikat then have a peak at the Risma and Rumi chairs they look stunning together.
Congratulations and Happy Birthday Graham & Green,
Keep inspiring us for many more years.
